A second inspection of the items in the first report that have been repaired.

This inspection is for any wood that has been destroyed by insects. Such as termite damage.

*We also include a rodent inspection in this evaluation.

Rodents can cause serious damage to your home and personal health. They find their way into homes through gaps in the roof line. They not only damage electrical wiring and insulation but leave feces through out the area. This causes people living in the home to have allergies and other health concerns.

Upon inspection if rodent evidence is found we recommend us doing an allergen tests. This test can be added at the time of your inspection.

For those who are highly allergic to airborne allergens we suggest an allergen test.

In this inspection we inspect all livable square feet.

A quality air test is performed to inspect possible mold spores. 

If there are visual signs of mold then a swab test is performed and sent out to a lab to determine the type of mold.

We inspect the foundation, walls, posts, and framing of the property. This gives you a better understanding of the possible things you would need to fix and about how long until you would need to fix it etc 

This inspection evaluates all of the major elements such as plumbing, electric, roofing, foundation, heating and air conditioning.
